Wednesday 8:00pm - I do not feel well, Boobs hurt, feel weird twinges in my stomach, have cramps, thinking that Aunt Flo is on her way but on a whim take an old pregnancy test I know I have hidden in the bathroom and pee on it.
Wednesday 8:02pm - 2 lines show up, I freak out all by myself in the bathroom, look for Fiancé and discover he is in the shower. I do not want ML to hear this, so in I walk into the bathroom and with the test in hand say " I am Pregnant!?!?!" Fiancé kisses me and says "Are you serious?" I show him the test and say "umm yeah! according to this I am!"
Wednesday 8:30 - Fiancé finally done in the shower, (no idea what took him so long... don't want to know either) he comes down stairs and says he doesn't really believe it... it was an old test they cannot be reliable... I tell him how hard it is to get a false positive but don't feel well enough to argue.
Thursday 5:00pm - just home from work. I went and bought a few more tests to prove to doubting Thomas (aka Fiancé,) that the first was correct. Choose different brand and show him the expiry dates, and the big ol' + on the pee stick...
Fiancé believes me now and is over moon, and offering AWFUL name suggestions.
Due Date from the Computer is February 18, 2010.
My first doctor's appointment is June 22nd.
